1. Move the DreamScene_Creek.wmv to the "C:/Windows/Web/Windows DreamScene" folder.
2. Right click the desktop and select Personalize.
3. Click Desktop Background
4. Select Windows DreamScene content from the Location dropdown box.
5. Select the scene and OK. You're done.
You must have windows DreamScene Preview enabled.
