Almost all software
applications in the world are developed with at least one purpose in
mind, "Saving Time". May it be a windows application, a java applet, a
shell script, a macro, tiny applications hosted in a sidebar gadget, a
search engine, an e-commerce application, a tic tac toe game (yes! try
playing it on a paper), all the projects, products, API's, solutions,
services, everything which has been developed, at the least, save time.
Think about it, a software which saves more time is a better software.
The idea of "Saving Time" may also be one of the guiding
principles behind the latest approach in Windows Vista™, called Preview
Handlers. Preview handlers enable the user to interact with files more
efficiently, by giving a read only preview in the Windows Vista preview
