This is a screensaver which uses the aurora XAML file.
To install, extract the SCR file, right-click, and press install.
You may use this on Windows XP with Net 3.0.

В общем, во время работы эммулирует "синий экран смерти", и даже загрузку винды и берет название вашей редакции прямо из настроек, т.е. если у вас Pro версия, то и в эммулируемом экране будет написано PRO, если Home версия, то будет написано Home.
Как вы уже поняли этот хранитель показывает не только сам синий экран, но и воспроизводит "бурную" деятельность в виде повторной загрузки ПК, проверки диска + даже лампочка жесткого диска на корпусе мигает.
