Some family members are telling me that "I dont need to wrk out, you look fine I have been athletic and spunky all my life Recently I have signed up with a trainer and I have goals.. I just don't get the negative comments and why no support Sometimes I tell people like that that if they had a goal to be a speed eater, which I persoanlly think is a tad gross, I wouldn't tell them all the negative things they are potentially doing to themselves. Instead, I'd cheer them on. If they have a personal goal, whatever it might be, as a friend, I'd encourage them. Sadly, your story is all too common. I think people equate appearance with health and that's not the case.
